Intelligence as substrate
We start from what a system should be able to reason about, then design the application around that. Models are infrastructure here, not a feature strip added late.
CelerIQ is heads-down on its first product. What we can say now: It is for teams whose best decisions still live in a few experienced heads and one carefully guarded spreadsheet, and it is built to carry more of that work without taking the judgment away from them.
How we build
We start from what a system should be able to reason about, then design the application around that. Models are infrastructure here, not a feature strip added late.
Half the name is speed. The other half is why speed on its own is worthless here: a wrong number delivered quickly is just a faster way to lose money.
Everything gets measured against the work it is meant to replace. If it does not hold up inside a real workflow on a real day, it does not ship.
Early partners
That window is where margin is won and lost, and it is still carried by a handful of experienced people, a pile of drawings, and a spreadsheet only one of them fully understands. Addenda land late. Scope falls between trades. The judgment that matters most is the hardest part to scale.
We are building for that window, and taking on a small number of early partners while we do. Partners get the product before it is announced, a direct line to the people building it, and real influence over what we prioritise. We would rather talk with people who live in that window than explain it to people who do not.
Partner enquiries
Tell us what you bid on, roughly how many bids a month, and where that window costs you most. Two paragraphs is plenty — we will come back with specifics under NDA.
Joining us
We hire slowly and give each person a real surface of their own. Expect ambiguity, short feedback loops, and the chance to shape a product while it is still soft.
Candidates
We have no open roles right now. If you think we should know you, a short note is plenty — we read all of it, and we will reach out when there is a fit.
